Jim Payne
Jim received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with accounting emphasis, from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. Following graduation he went to work for Texaco Inc. as an Accountant. He worked for Texaco for over 10 years in various accounting and information technology positions. After working in the information technology field for a number of years, he then returned to the accounting field with emphasis on helping small businesses pursue their business opportunities without the worry of how to maintain their financial records.
He is currently using his Quickbooks expertise, and certification as a Quickbooks ProAdvisor to maintain the financial records for small businesses, which includes corporations, partnerships, LLC’s and individuals. He has considerable experience in working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. He has been using QuickBooks for more 12 years.
He will work with your tax preparer to provide your financial statements which should reduce the time needed to prepare your tax returns. Jim is available to work from his home or in your office on a part-time basis.
He does offer a free initial consultation to determine your bookkeeping requirements. Jim offers both hourly and fixed price rates.
